1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TrainLogic.app, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access TrainLogic.app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on TrainLogic.app
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Service Modifications

TrainLogic.app reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that TrainLogic.app shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

5. Payment Terms

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and are non-refundable except as required by law. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TrainLogic.app and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TrainLogic.app, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
